Process description MULTICLEAN-S

for parts cleaning with aqueous media:



Loading
Alternative manual or automatic loading by load carrier
Wash from reservoir 1
By means of a pumpe the washing media is pumped from reservoir 1 to the process compartment. Depending from plant type several technolgies are available:
a) The goods are flooded from above through a special slot at the top of the compartment over the whole length of the load till the operating level of the compartment is reached. Additionnally the claning can be supported by use of ultrasonic (option) and/or Turbo Jet.
b) The parts are sprayed by a spray headers arranged on the process compartment perimeter.
At the end of the cycle the washing media is pumped back in the rervoir by passing through a fine filter.
Post-wash from reservoir 1
A short spray operation rinses the parts and removes particles from the surface and cleans the outlet of the chamber.
Rinse from reservoir 2
As above, but with media from reservoir 2
DI-water rinse from reservoir 3 (option)
As above, but with DI-water from reservoir 3.
A rinse process with DI-water is always necessary when spot-free parts are required.
Hot air drying
The goods are dried with warm air
Vacuum drying
By further depression of the process compartement the water evaporates from the parts. Afterwards the chamber is aerated to ambient atmosphere.
